The Lighthouse: an ascension poem

amazing-lighthouse-landscape-photography-103

An amorphous sac pulsing with bile punched me

touched my body and attempted to ravage my feelings, my peace

It was anger. It was fear. Could I stand it, stand up to it, with it, not give in to a body’s wish for deliverance?

Am I a doctor for the pain of the world? Can my light engulf the suffering that a sea of victimization has washed over billions of beings?

A squirrel crushed flat into a paper cut-out. Deleted from the world by a careless driver.

The beauty of a plant unfolding into a flower called unwanted. Tearing into the velvety delicacy of a perfected structure, ripping the roots clinging to home soil and gravel.

We waver. We the lighthouses. We are here. We have been here. But no one, barely anyone can see us. Punched, billowed, slaughtered, we have bounced back. But barely.

Still we are here. Bringing sight where blindness thrives. Delivering sound, rich, melodious tones into the harsh dissonance of imbalance, greed, dominance.

A wrinkled time in which pulsing brain chants uniformity for all. We the lighthouses wonder when the sleeping, mumbling, chanting ones will awaken. We are tired and sometimes lonely. Our friends are the plants, the animals, the soil, and the water.

The humans are seething. Fear flows through them as programmed, but a few are tired of being afraid. They don’t know who is producing and directing the fear, and who is eating it and thriving from it. They don’t know, but they are tired too. I feel it.

They are tired too.

How can we, the lighthouses, help to heal humanity, dear Earth, dear animals and plants? It feels easier, so much easier to help Gaia. To send love to the water, though our bodies, minds, hearts. The water in our bodies communicates so easily to the water in the plants, the trees, the animals, the clouds. It is instantaneous.

Humans are hard to help. The programs are powerful. Their sleep so deep.

They beat us. They resist. They are full of opinions. I want to help, but I am tired. Tired of fear, of anger, of suffering, sickness, pain, conflict. My rituals of transmutation of fear into rainbows…are they helping?

The skies are healing. Clarity is coming where there were so many devious cloud impersonations. There I find and see hope.

As the demon shadows emerge from the humans, I find hope too. The darkness programmed must emerge for the healing to take place. Those shapeless bags of ugliness which have pinned us to the tarmac, never allowing us to dream of flight…

It is time. Time to release the darkness. A sea of jelly, countless globular blobs emerge from human brains, cell structures, they float filling the air with their seething thought forms. Terrorists unleashed, they hit us as we try not to flail or give in to their unreasonable demands and criticisms.

This is the question, dear lighthouses: the air is full of human suffering. It is being released, and it is hitting us full force. Can we beam for billions? Right now, can we be the light they refuse to see or embody? We are the healers. We are here at this critical time to bring forward the alchemical magic that we know helps and heals.

Possessed, they resist our help, and we cannot force the light upon them. We just continue to shine and hope that the better and best become easier to see as the blobs dissolve in our proximity.

Thinking in pictures: the original human language

little boy with puppy

Dearest readers,

At heart, I believe all humans feel as if our current reality does not reflect the way we are meant to live. We try so hard to remember who we are. We sense that we are connected to Earth and that our origins and history are not aligned with what we are taught at school, at home, in religious institutions. Our languages are imprecise, and no one seems to understand our true intentions. We feel lonely and disconnected from one another. We live inside our heads and although we are emotional beings, we don’t know what to do with our hearts.

puppy

Yesterday, I was out walking with my son and an artist friend, Diana. We came across a mom and her young son, who was walking an adorable 2 month old floppy black and white puppy on a blue leash. Everyone, including us, who saw the puppy just about melted with joy, approaching the group without hesitation to lavish the puppy with love. It is instinctive for humans to share love and to connect with others, but we cannot do this freely with other human beings, except perhaps with newborn infants. And even then, there are so many rules and boundaries, we know we must be very careful in how we share our love and light. And so we hold our feelings within. Animals allow us to express the instinctive loving nature that is our birthright as humans. Without animals, we would be even sicker and more out of balance than we are today.

How does the expression of emotion and language connect? I believe that humans are telepathic and empathic by nature. Some call our original language telempathy. Depending on our individual talents and proclivities, we all connect intuitively in different ways. Some of us are able to sense emotions in others. Some of us, when we tune into the energy of other humans, animal beings, and plants hear sound or voices. Yet others are more visual, while some may tune into odors, colors, or sound as patterns – much like geometric forms or mathematical formulas.

crop circle 2013 wiltshire UK July

Everything is energy, and human beings communicate by sensing energy in different ways. The way our cultural or taught languages work is by creating patterns of sound and rhythm. We learn that a specific sound and corresponding written symbol represent a thing, a concept, a feeling, or a place. Collectively, as a culture, we create agreements that each sound pattern represents something that we all agree upon so that we can understand one another. But this is not the original human way of communicating. Our heart or light languages have been silenced in favor of these collective cultural agreements. In fact, all human beings, all animals, and all plants can communicate easily and effectively, regardless of nationality or place of birth.

light language

Celebrated author, animal behavioral expert Temple Grandin believes that animals think in pictures and that we can instinctively communicate with them by visualizing  and sensing what images they project through their own energetic field and consciousness. Conceptual thinking is non-linear, and humans as well as the natural world communicates in a non-linear manner. Images and feelings originate from different places in our consciousness. What we think of generally as the mind or linear thought could be equated with only a small part of our consciousness. The lower, linear, rational mind that creates what we know and what we generally use as language represents only a very small part of our mind. The higher mind is connected to the heart.

Temple Grandin visual Temple Grandin 2

Light language is apparently an intuitive form of language that all human beings once shared and understood. It is a combination of hand gestures and sounds. It could be equated to what some Christians call “speaking in tongues”.  Many early languages were not codified or written. I have seen non-linear language in the form of mandalas and extraterrestrial languages encoded in circular form.

Flight-of-Swallows

The conceptual nature of language outside of time and space where there is no past, present, or future means that the language or means of communication of intent is always in the moment. Linear language is a lower level of communication, because time flows in a linear manner. Intuitive language and living on a higher frequency will bring humanity back to our original state, where our instinct to live from the heart, in the now are restored. When we quiet our minds and sit with ourselves, letting go of all of the “knowledge” that we are been taught and conditioned to believe as reality, we can begin to remember who we are, where we are from, and how we can love self and others once again. This pure form of communication with all beings is innate to being human. All we need to do is remember.

Energy, light, plants, and prayer

kirlian mushroom

Dearest readers,

Every living being and every object has an electomagnetic field or energy signature which fluctuates. The beings around us and the environments in which we live affect our field. Cell phones, information, music, microwaves, thoughts, colors…all of these things affect our energy levels and frequencies. Our level of consciousness and how frequently we tune in, quiet our minds, and receive light and love from the universe also greatly affect our well-being in the world.

pomegranates

The tradition of prayer over food is an interesting one. By focusing thoughts of love and gratitude over the food (energy) we consume to prolong our life and well-being, we increase the energetic vibrations of the food we eat and the water we drink. Plants and animals grown or raised on organic farms have higher energy signatures not only because of the absence of pesticides, but because these living beings are treated with love, dignity, and respect.

Attitudes stemming from love possess high energetic frequencies. These are transmitted to the people, plants, and animals treated with love and dignity. When we eat plants or animals who were abused, mistreated, denied the loving qualities of pure, vital water, attention, care, freedom, a healthy diet, we absorb these low frequency energies which affect our behavior, our cellular structure, and the way we feel about our self.

Hindu blessing over food

It is not necessary to belong to an organized religion to enjoy the benefits of living consciously, with gratitude and love. In the Celestine Prophecy, a spiritual adventure fictional  series of novels, the idea of plants with high energy signatures is advanced. Today, many people are moving to raw food or paleo diets based on this concept. Foods grown locally contain higher energy, as do foods that are not cooked. The amount of light from the sun, transmuted to plants through photosynthesis and in animals in the mitochondrial DNA when consuming plants, diminishes when foods are exposed to heat, microwaves, and lack of gratitude. Sunlight is love, and the frequencies we receive from the sun are encoded into our cellular structure.

children praying

Kirlian photography reveals the auras or electromagnetic fields surrounding people, plants, objects. The energy of our food and water can be augmented through prayer, expressions of love and gratitude. If we choose to grow and care for our own food, that is even better, as the animals and plants respond to our love and attention and a bond is created between the gardener, farmer, and his or her plants and animals.

little girl with horse

Love is the supreme ingredient for health and connection to self and the universe. We lose energy when we disconnect from Gaia, our Mother Earth and from our inner self and heart center. Any food and water can be “healed” through gratitude and love.

Water in its natural state has highly curative powers, naturally reducing bacterial and viral content and balancing everything it touches. I have a small device called a “Penergizer” sold by Grander Technologies (from Austria) which contains pure mountain spring water which inventor Johann Grander calls information water. This  water “avatar” is used to re-energize water and liquid beverages. The purity of the untouched water has a very high energy frequency which, when it comes into contact and is stirred into “dead” tap water, communicates its signature to the tap water and revitalizes it, restoring healing properties.

Grander water revitalization

Water can also be revitalized by a vortex, as in nature spring water is always flowing in clockwise and counterclockwise motion, as taught by Austrian forester, natural scientist, and observer of nature, Viktor Schauberger. Now a variety of companies make pipes and water revitalization systems to restore water to its natural state.

The most important thing you can do for your health is to love yourself, to express love and gratitude to your body every day, communicate with your cellular structure, show gratitude for all gifts, events and encounters in your life – whether they may appear to be positive or negative, and to give thanks and communicate directly with the food you eat and the water you drink. An attitude of love and gratitude is the supreme expression of health and well-being, and your energy levels will expand accordingly!

How can we live harmlessly?

solar-field

Dearest readers,

Before our presidential elections in 2016, I was collecting signatures to help get the Green Party’s Jill Stein on the ballot in the State of Georgia. Among the people I approached for the petition was a young organic farmer at a local outdoor market. As we discussed farming, life, philosophy, and a variety of fascinating topics, this sensitive young man told me that while many idealize farming and rural life, in reality, farming is all about killing living beings. He seemed genuinely distressed, for while he was dedicated to producing quality food for humans, his practice destroys the lives of insects, plants, and small animals despite his best intentions.

compassion

Is it possible to live harmlessly? And if not, what intention can we set as human beings to live compassionately, loving and honoring self and all of Earth, her creatures, plants, trees, soil, rocks? What can we do in our daily lives to preserve and honor life? How can we change our habits and the way we think and act to move towards harmlessness?

trees-are-social-beings

My heart is deeply connected to Gaia, and each day I communicate empathically with small mammals, birds, trees, clumps of moss. On my way home from work today, I saw with horror that two beautiful live trees had been uprooted at a construction site where they had previously been cordoned off. Believing the builders had intentionally preserved the stand of old trees, and I cried as I sat at the stop light, sending my loving thoughts and prayers to Mother Earth for the loss of these beautiful beings.

empathy-and-understanding

The vegan and vegetarian movements are an increasingly heeded response to the call for heightened consciousness about the beauty, intelligence, and dignity of farm animals. Many people are not aware of the intense suffering of farm animals. How many know that calves are systematically removed from their mothers on dairy farms, and that these calves are often brutally murdered. The cows are constantly impregnated so that they continue to give milk, and their babies are taken away from them each time. At the end of the cow’s useful life, she is slaughtered.

human-slavery

If we project this suffering onto a human mother, we can easily imagine the soul-crushing distress that these animals must experience. How would we feel about human beings treated in this manner? Human slavery does exist, and over twenty seven million human beings, including young children, suffer the unspeakable cruelty of forced prostitution, pedophilia, slavery, and organ harvesting. Billions of farm animals today live as slaves, treated as inanimate objects. The level of consciousness today that supports human and animal slavery is indeed very low.

child-farmworkers

Most people also don’t give much thought to human farm workers who are more often than not exploited, underpaid, exposed to harmful chemicals, with long working hours and no benefits. Much produce is picked by children who don’t have the opportunity to go to school. The vegan and vegetarian lifestyles are, alas, far from harmless.

empathy

I believe that young children instinctively understand, love, and honor all animals. If adults model compassionate behavior to children and if it were to become unthinkable to eat any animals, this dietary standard could quickly shift. Also, as human consciousness rises and the energetic frequency of human thought and DNA shift, our bodies become less dense. The light body flourishes on a lighter diet. It is going to become easier to eliminate meat from our diets.

fruits-and-veg

As we become more evolved spiritually, our bodies follow suit. As human evolution progresses, humanity will eventually collectively adapt to a new cellular structure and eat less and less. At some point, our bodies will need only light and perhaps water to thrive. When we transform from humans to quantum, multi-dimensional light beings, we will be able to live harmlessly. Until then, we can strive to live consciously and compassionately.

miraclemyth

Today, even if we make the choice to avoid consuming animals or at least to decrease consumption or choose only to eat animals who were raised with love, respect, and dignity, we are still not living harmlessly. We are living consciously, but not harmlessly. Plant life is conscious. Our planet is conscious. Everything we do creates harm. When we pull up weeds, mow our lawn, eat vegetables, we are creating harm. Life as we know it in our current human form cannot be sustained without creating some harm. However, plants and animals raised with love, care, dignity, and respect contain a higher energy frequency than plants or animals raised on industrial or feedlot farms. Our energetic vibrations affect everyone we touch.

farmanimalbanner

Nature shows us this. Animals who are carnivores eat other animals, but they are not greedy. They never take more than they need to live. And when they die, they too are either eaten or return to the soil. When we grow plants with conscious intent and love, and when we give gratitude and thanks for the lives sacrificed that we may live, we move to a place of love. Gratitude is a necessary complement to consciousness. This is the reason humans pray over food. We are all part of nature.

organic-garden

Because humanity has for centuries avoided being part of Nature’s food chain, we have lost sight of our place in nature. By consciously working to release conditioning, negativity, fear, judgment of self and others, shame, lack or poverty consciousness, greed, and other mental and physical blockages that keep our energy levels, thoughts, and behaviors base and low, we can make room for more light and love in our lives each day.

love-is-the-bridge

The most important and most misunderstood aspect of love and unity consciousness is self-love. Without self-love, we all remain in the dark. God never judges us, but we human beings never cease to judge ourselves and one another. Until we are able to release all of this negativity, the light and love which are already inside of us cannot be expressed. Self-love is mastery. When we master self-love, we become beings of light. This is how we were designed, and the reality we will one day create collectively as light beings is known as “heaven on Earth”.

heaven-on-earth-is-a-choice-you-must-make-not-a-place-you-must-find

Today, we all have a unique opportunity to open up to the light and love that is inside of our hearts. We are being supported by the Universe, by the sun, and by the inhabitants of our galaxy, as well as by Gaia. The human being never stops evolving. We are all at different places in our personal evolution. We can all choose to look into our own hearts and find love for self, our fellow human beings, and for all of the living creatures on Earth, as well as for our home planet. Just knowing that everything we perceive is an expression of consciousness and sentient energy is a great start. Reality is love. We create reality using our hearts. It is time to start living responsibly and consciously. Living harmlessly starts here.

Daimons and demons: mediators between the earthly and the divine

sophia

Hello dear readers,

In the ancient world, people actively maintained relationships with ancestors, animal spirits, and cosmic entities. The human imagination played an active role in communicating with the natural world. At some point, humanity was diverted from our connection to nature. I believe that when Christianity was established as a religion, in a diversion from the original teachings of Jesus, the church as well as certain political and economic forces made a concerted effort to demonize nature, the feminine, and humanity’s connection to our personal higher self.

pompeii-good-spirit

Shamanistic healer and psychotherapist Dr. Steven Farmer explains that the daimon, a sort of genius and animal spirit that was a revered protector in many societies around the world, was transformed into a feared “demon”. The natural world and all that was earthly or below ground was transformed into a shadow arena, relegated and downgraded to being the realm of only dark energies: demons and the devil.

demon

Suddenly only the cosmic arena, the male pole of spirituality, was considered a source of good, light, and salvation. Thus, heaven became relegated to the sky. The spiritual became distant and separate from our bodies and the world we live in every day. And nature, women, the feminine, the animal and plant kingdom and those who were versed in the healing arts of plants, animals, and the imagination became evil and were feared.

repression-of-the-feminine

Women, who had once been the highest priestesses and sources of great wisdom were suddenly considered inferior, with smaller brains and lesser abilities than men. Nature and the bowels of the earth became the domain of hell, torture, dreaded punishments. Sexuality and the body, which came from the Earth, were included in this litany of evil. Man and woman were officially divorced from their own bodies, their own intuition, direct connection to the personal higher self, and from a consciously loving and connected relationship with our planet and with nature.

ancient-egyptian-daimon

In fact, the daimon (Greek: in-dwelling spirit), of which spiritual writer, psychotherapist, and historian James Hillman speaks in his wonderful book, The Soul’s Code: In Search of Character and Calling, is the voice of our higher self. As we live in our temporal earthly bodies on this planet, we are always, if we so choose, connected to our higher self through our intuition and our imagination. The pineal gland in the brain, also known as the third eye, is the gateway to our higher self. Images of the pineal are ever-present in ancient art, architecture, and sculpture. The winged snake symbolism refers to the connection of the earthly to the cosmic realms. Mystics believe we all have many spirit guides, ancestors, and other wise and benevolent sources of energy who accompany us along our path. Because we are born onto this planet with free will, they will not interfere with our lives unless we call upon them for help.

pineal-gland-in-art

Like the daimon, Earth herself is alive and seeks to communicate with us. Shamanic wisdom teaches that there are three worlds: the lower world, which is located inside the earth – under the ground; the middle world, which is where we live; and the upper world, which would be the cosmos or heavenly domain. The shaman is trained to navigate all of these worlds. He or she has special guides or helpers which are often in the form of animals. These spirit or power animals would have been called daimons (Greece) or geniuses (Rome) in the ancient world.

ancient-roman-pineal

By grounding ourselves in our bodies and connecting to our planet Earth, it becomes easy to recognize that all of creation is one family. When we become aware that the lower realms are just as sacred as the middle and higher realms, we gain increased wisdom and balance. Our current society is in chaos. For too long certain factions in our society have suppressed necessary knowledge about ourselves and our reality from us.

demons-genie

The human being is a very powerful creator. Once we reopen our hearts, imaginations, and balance our minds, bodies, souls, and spirits, we will intuitively  embrace and revere the feminine once again. We will understand that the sacred feminine is equally important to the sacred masculine, and humanity will become more cooperative and compassionate. It is my hope that by restoring credibility to intuition, emotion, and to the feminine, our health will improve, and our societies will become more peaceful.

moose

The feminine point of view is all encompassing, nurturing, and intuitive. The female brain uses both lobes and makes connections between apparently unrelated ideas, thoughts, feelings. The creative conceptual mind is necessary for the advancement of technology, social structure, and for the health of our planet. Knowing that all people, plants, animals, and the planet herself are interdependent is so important. People who are religious often talk about going to heaven. Do they know that home is inside of each of us? We are here on Earth to learn to love self and one another. This is true purpose of life: love and consciousness. Our insight is a dear friend, not a demon of whom we should be afraid. By demonizing our inner wisdom and our higher self, we are cut off from our own power and our own ability to heal our own bodies, hearts, and spirits.

sacred-feminine

I think it’s time to rehabilitate the daimon and take back our power to see within and beyond the veil.

What our forests can teach us about building wiser human societies

8404634227_246cd48a9a_b

Dear readers,

I’ve been waiting with much anticipation to get my library copy to read “The Hidden Life of Trees: What They Feel, How They Communicate”, by German forest ranger, Peter Wohlleben. And just the other day, NPR radio’s TED Radio Hour broadcast Canadian ecologist Susan Simard’s TED Talk, How Trees Talk to Each Other.

While I was already aware of the vast underground cooperative networks between fungi and tree roots, what I learned from Susan Simard’s talk is that trees cooperate with one another, and that certain trees, called Mother Trees or Hubs, are the matriarchs or elders of the forest. Other younger trees depend on these older, more experienced trees to flourish. Different varieties of trees share nutrients because they have different needs at varying times of the year. Using this Internet like web of mycelium (fungi), the tree roots are like nerve endings in the brain – the forest being a sort of living intelligent organism which is always changing. It seems as if the trees truly care about the well-being of all other trees, even those who are of different species, though trees do recognize and give preferential treatment to their own seedlings.

hyphae

Simard explains that when a mother or hub tree is cut down, the entire forest must take stock and reorganize around the loss. If too many hub trees are destroyed or if the diversity of the forest is disturbed too extensively, it becomes much more difficult for the forest to recover. The trees, seedlings, underbrush are in constant communication. They share news of threats and windfalls, and when a tree is about to die, it distributes its wealth of nutrients to its neighbors, as well as its accumulated knowledge.

So what can our societies learn from the forest? Animal societies often have matriarchal figures – elders who bring cohesion and coherence to the group. Among such animals, and there are many others, are orcas, wolves, and elephants. If a matriarch is unexpectedly killed, the animal group often falls into chaos.

orca-feeding-04new

In traditional human societies, this type of system of organization is also common. We have lost wisdom from our human societies by focusing too much on male, rational side of the mind, and by intentionally and often savagely suppressing the feminine characteristics of nurturing, cooperation, compassion, and intuition. As humanity and human nature evolve, rising to a higher level of consciousness, we are beginning to see the paradigm shift at work in human societies.

80aafd7b-0ba8-4757-8a22-12702f7e81c8

I believe we will soon see evidence of more cooperative social systems at work. Our new societies will organize around wisdom of elders, both male and female. Diplomacy and exchange will be valued over egocentric competition or winning at all costs. Like the trees of the forests, a win-win philosophy will prime.

The constant web of communication which we now enjoy with the Internet will become an intuitive interactive web, once humans begin to discover the power of human consciousness. The old paradigm has had our creative powers restrained in a passive and hierarchical system in which only certain privileged elites have enjoyed access to power and wealth and where class systems were intentionally designed to divide and control people. This has made it difficult to create understanding and unity between different social and ethnic groups. This is the system which is now in deconstruction.

the-fear-of-tyranny-from-the-bottom-up-camp-1024x636

In the intuitive web, the human being understands that the creative source and force is within each of us. By connecting to this invisible web which is the unifying field or matrix with a high level of awareness over our thoughts and feelings, we create outcomes through synchronous thought and action. Because the quantum field is unified by a bias for harmony and love, these outcomes benefit all people, animals, and the planet. We are on the verge of discovering how the underpinning of the physics of the universe is the energy of love. What was once esoteric or spiritual knowledge is about to enter the field of science. And it is by marrying science and technology to feminine wisdom that we will reach new heights in medicine, communications, travel, energy systems that have never before been possible in human history.

blanton_monks

It is already possible to access this system which religions may call a state of grace or illumination. By mastering your own thoughts and intentions and releasing all negativity, you can eliminate all separation from the unified field. In this way, you gain mastery over your individual consciousness as you connect to the matrix, and your thoughts create the reality you experience. Self-love is a prerequisite for mastery.

What was once considered only available to highly spiritually evolved beings will increasingly become part of the normal way of perceiving and living on our planet. We will become more conceptual and intuitive, as well as cooperative…just like the trees in the forest, who anticipate one another’s needs. The forest is a unified field of being, and each tree plays a cooperative role. Everyone’s needs are met, and the whole being of the forest is an expression of harmony. In the new human societies, as an increasing number of humans finds joy and inner peace, harmony will also become characteristic of human societies.

Love, lettuce, and life

4e658bdb2db33f12a5be7a0dfe6914e7

Dear readers,

I am a big fan of conscious living. The human being is incredibly powerful, yet most of us live on autopilot, in survival mode. I believe that life on Earth can be a beautiful and amazing experience, and that we human beings are all artists and creators, living with the potential to consciously create peace on Earth.

In this brief post, I will give you an example and an experiment that you can easily carry out at home in your own kitchen. This experiment will allow you to test your own power as a creative human being. You will use your own consciousness and harness high frequency energies to prevent entropy (decay) and to promote life (syntropy).

a8ed08c4507e2b469f5a577ce5a6deb7

As we all know, when we buy food at the supermarket, even if we preserve that food in the refrigerator, it eventually begins to decay. Mold and bacteria, powerful and necessary agents of entropy or decay live in our homes, on our bodies, and yes, even inside our refrigerators and freezers. Everything in life is subject to a cycle of construction and deconstruction. This is normal and necessary, for otherwise life would become stagnant, and there would be no room to create new beings, new things. So we do need this push-pull force, which is present in all of nature and the Universe. All of creation is ruled by opposing or complementary forces, including planet Earth.

94d4e7453be53b01361beb5d5e235f1c

Nonetheless, when I buy lettuce or cheese at my local farmer’s market, I began to notice that mold was growing rather too quickly on my cheese, and that the lettuce was wilting and decomposing within two or three days inside my fridge. Time to clean out the refrigerator, perhaps? Yes, there is something to be said for a clean home, but no matter how hard we try to remove pathogens, bacteria, mold, parasites, viruses, micro-organisms, they are always present. Here is what we can do to keep our food fresh longer.

Exif_JPEG_PICTURE

When you remove your fresh food from grocery bags and prepare to place it inside the fridge, open the bag or container of food, be centered in your heart, and say:

“I love you.”

romainelettuce

You will see that your food stays fresh longer. You can use this same technique to revitalize your drinking water. It is by raising the frequency of energy in the water molecules in your food that this works. Remember Dr. Masaru Emoto’s experiments with the memory of water. Water contains a crystalline structure that organizes or disorganizes depending on the frequency of energies to which these structures are exposed. Most of the food we eat and our bodies are made primarily of water. Love is the constructive or organizational frequency in physics. When we harness our conscious minds to these constructive frequencies, we create harmony, which supports life.

805555202

When we allow ourselves and our environment to live on autopilot, randomness or entropy is allowed to prevail. Once humanity collectively raises our frequency, promoting harmony in society over social chaos, our food will last longer, and our bodies will live longer. We can prevent aging using this same process. Every day when you wake up, and every night before you go to sleep, say “I love you” to your body. Address your cells and organ systems. Each and every part of yourself that you take for granted needs your intentional love in order to sustain health and long life. By rejecting negative or low frequencies which may have already created disharmony or disease in your body or which have allowed mold or decay to flourish in your refrigerator or in the walls of your home, you become a powerful creator of life.

keep-calm-and-love-your-body-25

I hope that you enjoy this simple experiment. You can be more scientific about it and conduct a control, using a separate food item and exposing it to low frequency energies such as hateful and negative thoughts. You will see that this food spoils faster. But the goal of this experiment is to demonstrate that without the conscious intervention of loving thought, that chaos or random energy frequencies prevail. Random frequencies generate decay. Think about your health, your friends and neighbors when you observe how negative thought affects life and well-being. Gossip, judgment, and negative thoughts do affect our health and that of our friends. We have the power to create world peace. Start with your own refrigerator, with your own body. Start spreading the love, and save some money too!

Here is a link to another blogger who went to great lengths to prove or disprove Dr. Emoto’s rice experiment. He had mixed results. Purity of intent is key, but is also tricky!

A new paradigm on Earth

mind-blowing-nature-painting-by-jung-hwan-4We tend to think of reality as something that is stable and which changes independently of our own will. Reality is outside of self, and if you believe in a creative source, most likely you have been taught that this powerful being is also outside of your self. This vision of reality implies we are separate from one another. We are weak actors struggling to compete with others for resources and for our personal survival. Above all, we play a role of adaptation rather than one of creation.

In the new paradigm, into which humanity has been evolving over the last thirty years, every person is a creator, actively participating in the manifestation of reality. A conscious actor, the human being uses intent in thought and feeling to shift energies across the planet. Entanglement and other concepts of quantum physics are allowing us to realize that we are much more powerful than we once thought.

We now know that consciousness is not limited by the brain. The mind is not contained inside the skull, and our thoughts are not protected by bone, muscle, flesh or hair. When we allow a negative or judgmental thought about ourself or about another person enter our mind and we don’t consciously reject that thought, the negative thought or belief then is authorized by our intent to create reality. This negativity influences how we feel about ourself, how we feel and act towards others. But more than that, this negative thought emanates from our body into the unified field around us. It has infinite repercussions. And because we are all connected to one another within this unified field, the object of our thoughts also feels impacted by the thought.

When we become aware as conscious creators or artists of reality, we immediately realize how important it is to be responsible for our thoughts and our feelings, as well as our actions. We begin to think about the possible consequences for our thoughts or feelings and beliefs. This affects how we choose to think at every moment. Once we begin to choose positive and loving beliefs and thoughts for ourself and all of those in our sphere, our attitude and even our health begin to change. We become more loving and compassionate…of ourselves and of others.

We can no longer be tricked or manipulated by politics, advertising or news. Our minds and hearts become calm, and we are not sucked into drama.

We begin to encourage others and absorb the beautiful, loving energies of our planet and the universe into our bodies and our being. And we actively reject negative, hurtful, or non-beneficial energies from our minds, hearts, and bodies.

Most importantly, we realize that we are powerful. We are creating reality. One thought at a time.

The powerful human being emerges

Dear readers,

My intention in starting this blog is to plant seeds of hope and encouragement. I constantly see human beings feeling lonely or struggling with a reality that is assumed to be immutable. Yet we are neither alone nor is reality something that is set in stone. Human beings are constantly recreating reality at each instant, yet most of us feel that we are merely surviving. I felt this way too, until I changed my mind.

If we choose to continue creating the same reality over and over again, it is simply because our beliefs are not congruent with our desires. Most of us wish to live in peace and harmony, to express our deepest wishes and talents and to share our lives with people we love. Our heartfelt desire is to be known, understood, loved, appreciated.

The reality that humanity creates is supported by our beloved planet, Earth. Everything that we think, feel, say, or do impacts the planet and the consciousness of humanity on Earth. When we begin to awaken to the abilities we possess innately to live as creative artists in each moment of our lives, a sense of excitement and wonder awakens in our hearts.

It is exciting and wonderful to know that we impact one another at all times, and that our thoughts and feelings impact the climate and events on Earth. With great power comes great responsibility. The conscious human being is a gatekeeper of his or her thoughts and feelings. When our intentions align with our deepest desires, we are planting the seeds for peace on Earth.
